There was bed bugs and roaches in room 123 they should be shut down... I had to leave Saturday three days before check out.

Location.

Rude front desk, not a chair or trash can in the room, toilet seat hanging off toilet, small couch pillows on bed, ashes on top bed sheets, plenty reason for dissatisfaction!

Friendly staff, clean room, easy to book, location

The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but you could tell that someone had smoked in there and also there were cigarette burns on the comforter. That was my only complaint but it is minor and I had a pleasant stay.

The staff were amenable but certainly not above average. The cost was good. The bed was nice and clean.

Besides what was stated above. This hotel was a dump. Everything was broken. Another guest next to me fought loudly in the middle of the night. Cheap but I would avoid it.

This hotel was terrible. Terrible service, did not process my refund.

The room smelled like a smoker was living there and there were bugs on the walls.

The location is convenient from where my venue was. It was affordable, no hidden incidental deposits . My SECOND ROOM was Better

Originally when I checked in, I was given a room that smelled like someone had just smoked 3packs of cigarettes. The room heaters were set to hell, and could not be controlled. And the worst part was I saw several roaches

Nothing hotel was horrible. But the manager is extremely nice.

Everything. No maids on site. No clean towels or sheets. Rooms were beyond dirty. People living out of this hotel. Should not even be open. Has to change rooms 3 times before getting one that didn't look like trap house. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The bath tub,wouldn't drain. So I couldn't take a shower. I want a refund really. To explain it. That simple refund

It is in a great location!

The manager was rude! I was waiting for my room and had to use the restroom....he told me I couldn't use their restroom!!!

I didn¿t not like anything about the hotel. I checked in and less than 10 minutes I requested a refund. The room was dirty. The fridge and bathroom had bugs in it. It was not acceptable at all. I am still waiting for my refund.

I am still pending my refund. It¿s been 14 days.

The lighting outside of the hotel is very illuminated and the grounds are very spacious for COVID concerns. Great clean spacious business neighborhood to walk around in for morning walk or jog.

Previous guest left tobacco smoke smell in room which did not go away.

Overnight desk clerk tried to be helpful.

FILTHY, A/C AND FRIDGE NOT COOLING. DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY. POOP AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRCASE, WAS STILL THERE IN THE MORNING. EVERYTHING STICKY AND GROSS. HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS. SECOND ROOM WAS ALSO DISGUSTING.

I told them the tv wasn't working maintenance man came said he couldn't fix it and no other one available, my boyfriend fixed the tv. I also stated air conditioning wasn't working, we have asthma we could have died in that room we had to sit in the car

This hotel was horrible. I was switched rooms and they both were very dirty. The second room I decided to just clean myself because it was so late

This hotel needs to be shut down if all the rooms look as my room did

They don't clean the rooms properly they don't have all the towels in the room they air conditioner is horrible and they need to fix them

When I was checked in, I was given the key to a room that was already occupied. You can imagine the reaction of the people who was caught off guard, as was I. When I went to complain, I got no apology for this incident from management. Inexcusable.

the lady in the front who gave me another room due to the room being insufficient, she was nice very nice she gave me a upgrade. so for that she was nice so i cant totally trash the hotel

They put me next to the trashcans and due to a bad storm there was roaches in my bathroom. i normally don't complain but it was my Birthday thus i had to say something. The lady in the front who gave me a upgrade was very nice. i respect her
